"My sweetheart and I decided to wade into the Los Angeles housing market during one of the craziest seller's market times EVER! Anthony was referred to us by a friend of a friend and within five minutes of clicking "send" on an email to him, he called us and asked us what we're looking for. We closed on our condo about 4 months later, and honestly, we talked more with Anthony over that period than our own families! This is a story to illustrate how committed Anthony was to us from day one. We were first time home buyers with a modest budget (for L.A.) and Anthony made us feel like we were his only clients and deserved all of his time, skills, and expertise that he has collected during his years in L.A. real estate. He provided us with materials and resources to navigate the market. He met us at multiple open houses. He explained complex real estate and tax policy so we could understand. He negotiated and fought for us when we made offers. He gave his opinion and suggestions with our goals and best interests in mind. And when we found our place and finally closed, we all hugged and cried in our living room. This L.A. market is absolute madness, but I will always look back on our experience as happy and wonderful because of Anthony. I cannot recommend him highly enough."

"Put simply, I would love to work with Anthony again. There wasn't a single aspect of his service that wasn't outstanding. I personally wasn't aware of how competitive the housing market is, I spent weeks looking for a house to rent without any success. It seemed that every house I viewed already had submitted applications pending and therefore, I always fell to the back of the line with little hope of being selected. This current market is no joke. I began losing hope that I would find a house that met my standards within my established timeline. However, as soon as Anthony joined the team, he was able to quickly identify a house that met all my standards and he was able to secure a viewing of that house the moment it hit the market. His ability to quickly identify an available house and to secure a viewing was a huge asset in this competitive market and that cannot be underestimated. I can't confidently say that I would have found a satisfactory home within the limited time I had without Anthony's help.In addition to his expertise at identifying and securing a house, Anthony is also enjoyable to work with. He's very approachable which helps eliminate any stress/anxieties before they happen. Working with Anthony turned what was becoming a very stressful process into something that was enjoyable. "Our family has known the Todora's for several years, so when it came time to sell our family home it was a simple choice. Anthony guided the entire preparation - arranging for painters, flooring, staging, and photographs. The house looked great! In fact the place never looked that good before. Team Todora handled a strong Open House, with high volumes of traffic, bringing in eager buyers. Anthony was never aggressive (not his personality) but made sure everything moved along at a good clip. When the best offer came in he made sure escrow was handled professionally and with alacrity. From the day the house listed, to closing, he communicated updates often; I always knew where we were in the process. For example, when I was debating whether to stage the condo, he presented the pros (more appealing since potential buyers won’t just see empty rooms) and cons (additional cost to me). Ultimately, I decided to stage. After the inspection, the buyer asked for some work to be done to the unit, Anthony walked me through the list and pointed out the differences between repairs and upgrades. He had the repairs done the next day and we deferred the upgrades to the buyer.
